Christmas Mini Sessions
• 3 hour Newborn Studio Session • A personalised planning consultation via email or phone to help tailor your session to your style and preferences. • Use of carefully selected props, wrapped newborn poses, and beanbag posing to create timeless images. • 25 professionally retouched, high-resolution digital images delivered via a private online gallery. • Four styled set-ups are included in your session. • You may choose: – One family set-up, one sibling set up and two baby-only set-ups – OR One family set-up, and three baby-only set-ups OR four baby-only prop set-ups if no family/sibling images are desired.
Terms & Conditions
• Booking and Payment: $100 payment is required at the time of booking. Remaining balance of chosen package is due by the day of your session. Session fees can be transferred to a rescheduled session if changed at least 48 hours before the original date. • Photography Session and Images: The Customer cannot take personal photos or videos during the session. Outcomes may vary due to differences in subjects, lighting, or location. The Photographer will aim to achieve requested outcomes but cannot guarantee specific images. The session cost covers the Photographer’s time, talent, editing, and an online gallery; prints, products, and extra digital files are sold separately. The Customer can expect to receive their gallery to view and select/download photos within 10 days of the session. Unauthorised reproduction of images (scanning, screen capturing, printing, or photographing the session) is prohibited and considered copyright infringement. • Copyright and Use: The Photographer retains copyright to all images and may use them for any purpose (marketing, contests, exhibitions, etc.). The Customer receives a limited licence to use purchased images only after full payment. This licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and cannot be sublicensed. • Changes or Cancellations: Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, no later than 48 hours before the session. If the Photographer cancels, their liability is limited to refunding fees paid, including for equipment failure or lost/damaged images. If the Customer cancels or cannot attend and the session cannot be rescheduled within 12 months, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals make the Customer liable for full fees. • Acceptance of Terms: By booking and/or paying for a session, the Client hereby agrees to abide by this studio and booking policy.
